Mechatronics engineer turned AI operations specialist. Currently leading AI operations at AI Operator, where I design automations, develop AI agents, and train teams to actually use AI.
Who I Am
I'm Kubilay Zengin, also known as Kubi Rich. I'm 24, I studied Mechatronics Engineering with a minor in Computer Science at Izmir University of Economics, and I live in Izmir, Turkiye.
I lead AI operations at AI Operator, a US-based startup, where I was the first full-time hire. I design and ship the automations, AI agents, and internal systems the company runs on — plus the client builds behind them.
I care about the boring part: the thing has to still work on a Tuesday morning when nobody is watching. Most AI demos fall over the moment real data hits them, so I build for the failure cases first and keep the happy path simple.
Right now I'm going deep on agent orchestration with Claude Code and the MCP ecosystem, and on moving automation work off no-code platforms into version-controlled TypeScript.
